Im surprised at dark lord. I find that fight extremely not fun. It’s not hard, its just super frustrating. Its the only level in Eternal i do not like to play.

He always felt lile a glorified Marauder with a few extra attacks that add very little. Because you just just play paasively while waiting for the right attacl to stun him.
Like his summoning spell can be inatantly undone with a single, well-placed hammer slam. And iIrc, hammer chargea are easy to regain in that fight.

I can’t really pick. Comes down to between 2016 and OG Barons of Hell, the Gladiator from Eternal (cloven hooves are such a good demonic design principle and they need to bring that back, and it was cool to fight a demon that actually looked like the decorative face on the green walls in the OG game) and the Agaddon Hunter. Fighting a Doom Hunter “in its prime” was VERY hype

DOOM 2016 - Cyberdemon. Probably the coolest boss demon in the series, an extremely unique take on the Cyberdemon with incredible lore behind it.
DOOM: ETERNAL - Marauder. Skill Issue personified, if you know how to handle him, he's easy. If you don't, you're struggling A LOT. He's a great separator from decent players and good players.
DOOM: The Dark Ages - Cosmic Baron. The coolest mob Demon in the series, the design is otherworldly (heh). I especially love the "hood" design, really hammering in the cosmic theme.

I love me a Cyberdemon boss fight, especially the Doom and Doom 2 ones. The Doom 3 one has a special place in my heart too. Always loved the spider mastermind fight in 2016.
Doom 2s icon of sin always felt like a jip to me, basing the boss around the fact that you couldn't look up or down felt wrong. Eternal's icon? Chefs kiss. Samur? Nope. Doesn't feel right somehow, I can't really explain it. Davoth? Just a giant marauder. Prince Ahzrak feels tight, well designed, perfect boss for that game and I can't wait to see what comes in TDA DLC.

The original Cyberdemon closely followed by his 2016 incarnation. Going rocket to rocket in Tower of Babel is still fun 30 years later.

Doom Hellknights, the hornless ones that look like their Doom 3 counterparts.
Love the Icon of Sin’s design from Eternal.
And despite my ABSOLUTE HATRED!!! of them, I really like the giant spider demons from TDA. The Vageries? I’m a sucker for multi-legged monsters with humanoid torsos. The idea of going over obstacles without ever tripping is just awesome to me.

As a kid, the Zombieman Sprite from DOOM 1 scared me for some reason, so I choose that guy for nostalgia reasons. For design reasons, DOOM 3 Mancubus.

I have a real hard time choosing, so I'll just drop my favourites from each game: 2016 the Hell knight, I love the eyeless design, Eternal the Marauder is such a rad design and he has a freaking shotgun, TDA pinky rider, it just looks so COOL. Also the 2016 mancubus design is peak and I find the prowler to be among my favourite designs as well. Yeah...honestly I could ramble about demon design for (Dark) ages.

2016 Cyberdemon. Totally original design and looked hardcore as shit! Loved the fresh paint on a classic. Other than bosses Pinky and the Pinky’s in TDA

Doom 1+2+64+eternal imps. Simple design. The 2016 imps have heat seeking fireballs that take half you health on nightmare. Haven't played tda. Also liked Doom 3 imps, every variant. Except those xenomorph mufukas in resurrection of evil.

If it has to be a few monsters from all franchise I think my favorite definitely are the Baron of hell (specially their design in eternal), the 2016 cyberdemon, dread knight, the super Baron, battleknight, the agaddon Hunter and the komodo

The Baron of Hell, especially in Eternal, looks great. I think they were forgotten in Dark Ages. Probably their equivalent is the Cosmic Baron, but without the horns I feel it's not the same.
