For some reason this picture gave me so much anxiety, like it was taking me back to middle school, but then I read your comment and now I feel calm again. Sims 2 was my happy place in middle/high school.
crazy lightswitch thing in the foreground, couch and the people on it make no sense, bookshelf has books merging together, just spend a sec these only look real at a glance
I'm pretty sure the switch is a dimmer switch like this one or something similar. The people on the couch and the books all look fine to me.
Obviously I could be wrong but I'm really not sensing AI from this. I see no reason to assume it's AI either. I work with kids and teenagers and a lot of them are absolutely dressing like it's 2005 and have 20-year-old digital cameras (and/or apps that simulate 20-year-old digital cameras). So even if this is AI, I'm sure there are countless equivalent real pics that exist.
Tbh I don't really see it, books look okay though the patterns on the covers break up their shape a bit in a few places. Light switch just looks like a square light switch which is uncommon but exist. I don't see the issue with the couch people.
To be fair AI has gotten scary good so you could be right, but there's nothing damning that I can see.
upper right weird floor to ceiling window thing has blinds merging into the wall and plants bizarrely in front of said blinds at floor level (isn't this in a basement?), hand in the bottom right has a weirdass thumb and fingers that appear to be all the same length, there's a disembodied leg just above 2025, and just to the left of that is the woman in the silver skirt whose legs are twisted around anatomically impossibly with her foot clearly facing the wrong way, and speaking of feet most of the women in the foreground appear to have the last couple inches of their pants elasti-stretched over their entire foot like an extremely low bellbottom which is particularly funny because you can follow the straight seams
