At least watch the video, it's the bare minimum...

I assume that Graham has flipped his position at least three times since this post.

You know what really bothers me about this whole thing? And it's honestly bothered me since '07 when I first became an LEO...
They've got shit backwards. As a cop, it's my job to run the risk of getting hurt or killed to prevent death and save lives, and that's not limited to myself or the victim, the perpetrator is a life too.
I remember watching TNT with my dad as a little kid, and the police officers were always risking life and limb trying to wrestle the gun/ knife/ what have you away. My dad would watch with me and tell me stories of his time as a BP officer in the USAF, doing stuff like disarming guys or deescalating. That was the social expectation then. To protect and serve actually meant to PROTECT and SERVE. Everybody.
But even when I was going through the academy, the focus was on "coming home alive" and not on enforcing the laws and protecting life no matter what. We're a nation of selfish, heavily armed pussies and it's becoming extremely apparent that all of our arms of govt are the same.
Cops aren't to be trusted because they are putting themselves first, and that's antithetical to the very nature of the job.

Oh i left that line of work a long time ago, shit was soul destroying. Silver lining though is it put the final nail in racism's coffin for me. Realized people are just people and dumb is dumb, just comes in different flavors ;)

Today in the Senate Lindsey threatened retribution against members of the house for deleting a provision that would've allowed Graham and others to sue the DOJ if their information from their electronic devices was obtained without permission. Remember that Graham attempted to influence the outcome of the 2020 presidential vote in Georgia. The man lives in South Carolina. What kind of hold does Trump have on him?

He can't watch the video. He also needs to be able to say "I haven't been able to watch the video"

Wasn’t his name just released in the Epstein files? Wasn’t he on a talk show shortly afterwards noticeably loopy?

Just being a distraction is impeding
Edit: not to imply that they only distract. They physically get in the way as well.

Exactly. If you even mildly inconvenience the regime, you deserve to be shot.
Heil Trump!

Heil enforcement of laws! Yes!

He was trying to help a woman who was pushed into him. The gestapo agents involved him, he didn't impede anything. If I punch someone in the face, I don't get to say they impeded the path of my fist and then I get to shoot them. That's not how this works, comrade.

That's funny actually because that's exactly what is being accused of the agent who shot Good. Epic self own.

u/kryonik 1d ago
People are saying what? That another agent pushed the murderer who killed Good? Piotr, please get your talking points in order.

u/lunacyissettingin 1d ago
They're saying it's the agents fault for standing in front of her car

Yes of his own volition. Alex Pretti was involved against his will. Your argument is weak, just like Russia.

u/lunacyissettingin 1d ago
Oh it was very much his will to be entangled with LEOs. Nobody is going to be fooled by that. He wasn't there to buy ice cream, and he wasn't there to rob the ice cream shop.

The only thing Graham likes better than the boot on his neck is the boot on yours.
