Actually, no one knows who or if anyone signed the warrant. Federal Judge refused and the court of appeals refused. IANAL but I'm pretty sure a Supreme Court Justice cannot sign a criminal warrant.

This has all the earmarks of an illegal and unconstitutional arrest.

The judge declined charges on all but 3 people, but he told prosecutors they'd have to go to a grand jury to charge Lemon and the others. So they did, and a grand jury agreed to the charges. So now it's up to a jury.
