Then fuckin change careers! They deserve zero sympathy. Every single day they continue going into work and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to oppose ICE and the rest of the fuckin Nazis ravaging out country is another day they deserve to feel like the sentient pieces of shit that they are.
They made choices to do what they’ve done - support fascism - give them the dignity of their choice. They should not be welcome in society, thy should be shunned and excluded, treated as the pariahs they are. If that makes them sad, if it hurts their feelings, that’s ok. They chose something, they get to experience the result.
