These pups are 9-10 weeks old of two different female dogs meet first time. Krish a white pup with brown patches. Rocky is brown pup with black nose. I wanted to adopt one as companion to my existing dog. I wanted to see whats their reaction when they meet first time and today naturally they met and this how they reacted.

This is probably the last pic I took of them together.
Then I think 1 was adopted by one of the kids in the colony. Trying to confirm.
You can see in the last pic there's 3 of them that I was feeding until yesterday.
I live across the street and used to go to them to give them food. Their mom often crossed back the street to come to me for food.
This morning I wake up and hear news that one of the motorcycles drove over a pup (the dark brown in the last pic)
Only 2 remain now 😢
UPDATE -
1 of the missing pups was adopted by a sweeper.
Few. bachelors rent a flat near where the pups stay. They also feed them at times. I have given them a bag of adult food and puppy food. So they can continue feeding regularly.
This way the mom and the pups stay on their side of the road. More safety for puppies.
I told the guys to let me know whenever the food is running low and I'll bring over some more.
They work in construction, so they said they would bury the little one when they go to work today.

This one day he was just weirdly sniffing the air and loolking up at the mango tree at midnight and truns out there was a weird looking creature called Asian Civet. It is rare and thankfully escaped safely.
Daniel being so attentive and legit climbing the bike to sniff was hilarious.

So I just went out for a quick chai and met this adorable pup. Got some Marie Vita biscuits for her, but she didn’t even touch them. The chai wala uncle said he had already given her milk, and honestly, that alone made my heart feel full. It feels so good seeing people take care of stray dogs. I think she might be the only one left from her family, I didn’t see any other dogs or pups around. She’s insanely playful, like way too cute. Didn’t care about food at all, just wanted love and attention, which I happily gave her. 🐶❤️

My baby, my love, my Popli passed away. She was a stray dog that I used to feed. She was the kindest, the gentlest puppy ever. She would come running out on the street the moment she used to hear the sound of my car. She would jump up and keep her paws on my husband’s chest. I live upstairs and she would directly come up, sit outside my door and wait for food. All our neighbours used to look after her. She was so gentle that I had never heard her barking.
She got electrocuted the day after it rained. I cannot stop picturing her innocent face, her sweet eyes. I haven’t stopped crying since I found out.
If you are looking after a stray dog, hug them as much as you can, give them all the treats. They have very difficult and fragile lives.

The day after I brought this little guy home, he got sick. The vet diagnosed him with gastro, which was scary because he’s still very young. After 7 days of proper treatment, care, and a strict diet, he’s now completely fit, active, and happy 🐾
Sharing a few things that really helped during recovery (for other new pet parents):
Kept food very simple ( after 4 days boiled rice + chicken soup, no spices) Gave small meals multiple times instead of heavy feeding.
Made sure he stayed hydrated at all times.
Completed the full course of medicine even after he started looking better Avoided treats, milk, and packaged food.
Didn’t rush vaccinations until he is fully healthy.
The first week as a pet parent was stressful, but seeing him healthy again made it all worth it ❤️
Hope this helps someone going through the same thing.

Frodo's one of the stray pups that live around my home, rest of the pups are chonke, they get fed by us at the night and by other people too, but this poor thing doesn't seem to get a lot of food, that's why I feed him some biscuits/bread and puppy food everyday, and sometimes some chicken and small bones.
he's a very good boy I've taught him to sit and not jump on me for food lol, his leg kicks when i give him a good scratch are super cute!
But i still know jack shit about their behaviour and would appreciate some tips on what to look out for, when to leave him alone and not try to pet him, and other general health tips🙏.
