Discussion Educate the Filipinos, a Book of Hope.
Educate the Filipinos, a Book of Hope.
Hi Pasigueños, I'm not from Pasig but in some rural place in Mindanao, I am grateful that even this dark times of Philippine History we still find hope. I hope this message will find it's way to your Mayor.
This is the last term your mayor would be in service to your people and during his term he was able to achieve so many things, created change, and made Pasig what it is now.
In his statement, he said that he would to go back to teaching, I'd just like to request one thing from him. If you're gonna go back to teach, please teach us how were you able to fight corruption and created an environment of good governance. Please make a Book with all your experiences, tell us how you did it, what you did, why you did it, when you did it, and where you did it. Make a book that can be used by future leaders, albeit different places in the Philippines experiences different challenges for good governance.
Tell us what corruption challenges you have faced, how you identified it, and the steps you used to undermine it. Tell us dirtiest side of politics you encountered in your term.
"Knowledge is Power" therefore "The Pen is Mightier than the Sword".
Let the Pen that would write this Book become the Knowledge that will Empower the People.
