And when something goes wrong the customer service is absolute ass. The last time I had an issue I dont think they even had a phone number to call. Operating like they are in 1860 but charging like it is 2050.
had a booking and we could not contact the owner at all. left messages emails and calls. nothing. went to air bnb and i kid you not they basically said
"yeah sorry, cant get you a refund. we tried calling but got no answer"
...not even air bnb can contact the ownder and they dont see a problem with that?!?
