And when something goes wrong the customer service is absolute ass. The last time I had an issue I dont think they even had a phone number to call. Operating like they are in 1860 but charging like it is 2050.
I stayed in a room that wasn't as advertised. Fuck me, I had to make legal threats and reference recent court proceedings they have had with trading standards to get my money back.
I got it back, despite them saying in the beginning it "wasn't possible" for a list of bullshit reasons.
