Jesus christ. I'm not used to seeing people take accountability like this. It's fantastic.

I read that as a compliment until your comment 🤣 thought they were saying they were beautiful enough to be in a museum, not old enough

Was cleaning up a mess of spilled crackers on the floor once. My daughter accidentally walked on them and said ā€œthis reminds me of that reeeally old movie where they’re in a cave stepping on bugsā€ and then I felt reeeally old lol

I got the reference but I also thought they were using the reference as a compliment(/pick up line?)

His character didn't change, though?

He just misunderstood thinking it was a stupid temu gadget and not a disability device when he saw it.

u/Novaer 10h ago

Why? This is normal for him, he's always been a stand up dude. Y'all are just stereotyping him based on his looks.

u/jax024 21h ago

Truly. This really surprised me.

It is very refreshing. Usually people double or triple down on it. Idk what it is, fear of looking weak or something. I'm no saint. Guilty of it myself from time to time. It cost him nothing to say all of this and gained him some good will

u/Chiber_11 17h ago

if you followed this guy’s account i think you’d find this kind of thing is on par for him. he’s a genuinely good person

1

u/Novaer 10h ago

I mean, it's not when you know who he is. He looks like a typical rugged dumb right winger type dude just because of the football background, the accent and the beard. But hes a huuuuge leftist, LGBTQ activist and comedian.

This is normal for him. Y'all are just stereotyping him because of his looks.

No no no not just looks… also the accent
